It has a power cable you need to plug it on to charge when it is needed

Can you tell me, are the caster stems 10mm or 11mm wide, ive ordered this chair and want to order some rubber wheels for it

there is no black cable and only one white cable on mine and ofcourse it doesnt work.any sugestions?

The white cable go in to white cable together , the small black for for the remote
