If the ACC implodes and is not viable with remnants to ND's liking they will likely try to go back to the Big East for their non football sports. When Chief Judge John Cooper executes his decision on this case: He will do so with the Full Authority of an Appeals Court. This is why the Case is not Regular Order & the only appeal is to the Florida Supreme Court. Which, may choose not to pick up any ACC Appeal. 🇺🇸
