Just a quick reminder, reason why PR is so small vs Sentai HD is because PR Jungle Fury originally aired in 4:3 quality and as for Gekiranger aired in 16:9 when it first aired. Just FYI for those that might ask. For this I decided to divide their appearances each at a time before they showcase their main Zord/ Mech first. I know I did do this appearance awhile ago but not really showcasing the entire of each Ranger's first appearance. So enjoy Purple Wolf Ranger and GekiViolet. Episodes Used: Power Rangers Jungle Fury Episode 16 "Friends Don't Fade Away" Juken Sentai Gekiranger Lesson 25 "Hine-Hine! Shigeki is Mine Alone"
You know why I like this series better than all the other power rangers series? Because their fight scenes aren’t just copied off from the sentai series, it’s completely original.
There are some aspects that I didn’t like in Jungle Fury like the overused Kalish-splosions and punches sounding like lasers, but I do appreciate the effort of producing more original shots instead of just dubbing the Sentai clips the majority of the time. It’s even more impressive considering Disney themselves didn’t really care about the show.
Which one? The Sentai version or Power Rangers Jungle Fury? I mean, sure the fight choreography in Jungle Fury is different from that of Gekiranger and while the acting isn't really all that great. But then again, when has Power Rangers ever won an Oscar or was nominated for anything?! Huh?! Now Gekiranger, yes, they may have some questionable moments in the acting and a lot of the actors aren't real martial artists in the Sentai version. That's why they have stunt doubles and suit actors for these sequences. Where as in Power Rangers Jungle Fury, the production of the show is in New Zealand instead of in Los Angeles, California like the Classic Saban-era seasons were. But, what's different is that majority of the New Zealand actors don't have a martial arts background. They are all staged actors. The ones from the Classic Saban era seasons, are actual martial artists and gymnastics, but with little to no acting experiences. Okay?! Besides, you were a kid back when this show came out in 2008. You didn't know what you were watching back then. And that's fine. It's understandable. It's all part of the experience of growing up.
Everything about PRJR is so corny. There's no love and care into putting thought into an adaptation that plays homage by also respecting the culture and it's just terrible copy base + just the most white bread actors

Greatest PR of all time no doubt
Unlike super megaforce.
That slight different doesn't make up how bad everything else is
The first time they introduced Muay Thai/Boran to Power Rangers. So refreshing!

the only thing I don’t like about Jungle Fury is how the normal punches and kicks just sound like lasers even when it’s not powered up
Fun fact? RJ has something in common with Eric.
They’re both Vergil
