With Tiny Builders I assume you mean Tiny House Builders in the US and Canada. In my country, Sweden, all I need to be allowed to build a tiny house is a part of a plot with a regular house on. Once the Tiny house is built it is allowed to remain even if the main house burns down.
We run this TH-cam channel, and highly recommend Iron Eagle, but we don't deal directly with sales, so we always suggest to contact them directly (by phone is best) for current pricing and options.
