With Tiny Builders I assume you mean Tiny House Builders in the US and Canada. In my country, Sweden, all I need to be allowed to build a tiny house is a part of a plot with a regular house on. Once the Tiny house is built it is allowed to remain even if the main house burns down.

      Should be like that everywhere!

How much would a standard 14' trailer cost? (no additional add-ons)

We run this TH-cam channel, and highly recommend Iron Eagle, but we don't deal directly with sales, so we always suggest to contact them directly (by phone is best) for current pricing and options. Just Google for Iron Eagle Trailers. If you do end up purchasing one though, make sure to ask for the Tiny Nest Discount!

I'm sure Iron Eagle would be my first choice if I weren't building the trailer too... I guess if I can't do a good enough job, I can always buy one... but where's the fun in that? 🤔

Dan did an excellent job yes! I think the metal-work is a level of DIY that most people will not tackle, but those who do will have extra bragging-rights ;)
