How to Add a Click to Open Image Link in Shopify & Fix Product Updates in 2023

This video is a tutorial I gave to one of my shopify clients earlier this year. In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a link to your shopify product page that opens an image. I'll also go over how to fix editing product pages that cause changes to all your products.

Hi, This is very useful. Thank you for uploading this video. Can I ask if I want to make the clickable image for the front site, how can I do it? When I use your code to write in custom liquid it only appears as 1 single line, and not to the whole image. Can you guide me through how to do it please?

Bro file option is not available in setting. What should i do?

If you did not find the answer yet, you go to Content > Files and they are there. Hope this helps

Like the previous commenter mentioned, Shopify moves things around pretty often and now the option is under Content > Files. Hope that helps!

I added it to my store but when i go to my store on my phone i click the link and it just takes me to the exact position of where i was. what should i do?

I'd double check that your image link is right. Likely it means the link broke and it's just refreshing the page
