Again chef amazing … I only do 2kg max but if I ever to a family get together I’m doing this .. 100% …. or 10kg lamb and 10kg chicken on your other video … either way it be a good night chef Thankyou for this ..

I wonder if this idea would work, make a huge batch of mutton curry and have it as part of a fixed menu and charge 5 quid a person, everyone would win
Sorry, just realised it's bulk lamb for adding to individual curries, lovely.
Thanks. As mentioned on the video you can make a bulk lamb curry by just adding more onions and less water.
