Anyway, the point is that she antagonises everyone at some point or another in the story, so calling her an ally or enemy can flip flop depending of the day.
@@Dadan-dan I did say "mostly" but yeah, she worked as a brutal merc for a while, and almost went insane because of it, she had to verbally remind herself she was losing her mind, and only stabilized more when Doc was revived so she had an objective (kill them) for a while, but eventually realized she wasn't angry anymore. Now she plays the part, pretending to be insane because that's just more familiar to her.
Btw, the new Arknights stage layout and stage intro/outro are retroactively added to the old collab songs as well! It fits so perfect and is just like the in-game stage opening/completion text.
W - Wis'adel is a far more complex character than she is usually described as “a crazy psychopathic girl who likes to blow things up”. First of all, she's not crazy or psychotic, her defiant behavior is just a mask. I'll explain, briefly(heh): she's an orphan growing up in the wasteland, no family, no name, nothing. “Kill or die.” Grew up with mercenaries as bait to rob caravans. Took the weapon of a dead mercenary and thus got her nickname (not name!) - W. Met a woman that was kind to her, received care from her and the promise of a name. Saw hope in this woman and to some extent a mother figure...And when this woman was betrayed and killed - began to take revenge on _all_ who were involved. So, she may behave defiantly, but she will never hurt anyone she really cares about. Because under the mask of an explosion-loving psychopath is actually a little girl who knew neither parental love nor caress. If you are interested, I can recommend watching a short film (15 min) dedicated to her - "The Daggers' Inheritors", it is on the official Yostar channel

'All' for example was for april fools and is based on a meme for the dev. Wisadel isnt 'evil' per say but she is a bit crazy and loves explosives. 6:19 Kaltsit is a great meta unit, capable of true damage with skill 3 and skill 2 is great for defeating multiple blocked enemies. Warfarin is pretty great too, but the others you show here are mostly just okay. But the great thing about Arknights is that the meta isn’t the end-all be-all, and you can clear stages with whoever you want! There’s a guy who has cleared up to chapter 5 with only Elite 0 no level/skills operators, and another guy has cleared all or nearly all main story and event stages using only 4 star operators. People even clear the game using only one race, or one class (guard, defender, sniper, etc.), or even only one artist’s operators.
Funny thing about that, I booted up Arknights after 2 year completely not knowing that they shut down Twitter support (which was the only thing I thought I connected at the time), so I fiddled around with the guest account I made and pulled Blaze, which was one of my most wanted units, so tbh I might just roll with the new one lol.

You get a ticket that lets you pick one out of a selection of 6 6-star operators that are still rather meta in today’s time. Two tickets that let you pick between 4 decent/great 5 star characters. (Each ticket has 4 different ops.) Another pair of tickets that let you select any 5 star from a pool of over 30+ 5 star characters. (Again, there aren’t a lot of repeat options between the two here.) And a pair of items that together let you *MAX OUT* _any_ 5 star character that you own. [This is so broken that using them pops up a tutorial that you aren’t supposed to see for MONTHS and involves items you aren’t even able to get normally until at least after chapter 3. 💀]
One of the reason True DMG for newer ops got toned down on is because Kalsit havent left the ranking after all those years, none in the game can have consistent True DMG as her.

W is sort of a villain, sometimes a reluctant anti-hero, and depending on your perspective at any given moment either barely hanging on to her sanity or the most sane person in an insane world. She's done a lot of bad things, but she's a Sarkaz mercenary and pretty much all of them have done a lot of bad things even if its just to survive.
The sheer amount of songs in AK... I don't know where to start. I'd recommend character leitmotifs and listening to the remaining Contingency Contract themes (you can easily find compilations of them.) All the CC stuff is amazing, excluding Operation Fake Waves.
Of the 8 songs in the 2nd collab, most can be heard in-game. Break Through the Dome is a boss stage theme Here in Vernal Terrene is an EP for Shu (a 6-star limited unit only available in Chinese New Year events) Everything's Alright is a commissioned song that was released at the exact time the Chinese Entrance Exam is finished Operation Ashring is the lobby theme to the CC Event after Deepness where you fight a large cannon Misty Memories is the lobby theme to a summer event that has a night version which remixes the song that plays at night(depending on server time) Arsonist is Wis'adel's EP theme and is not available in-game Operation Deepness is the lobby theme before Ashring where you fight Sea monsters which is why it is aquatic sounding ALL is an April Fools event lobby theme and it is based on how the Lead Designer would use his 'God Hand' to grant the players ALL of the rewards from dev streams, usually by blatantly rigging the games of chance.
Fun fact, most of these are all Lobby Theme from the events in the game, only exceptions are Arsonist and Shu’s theme as character promotional, and Break the Dome a boss theme I recommend giving Battleplan Pyrolysis a listen
funfact: at 7:34 where you have to press both top and bottom lanes, you se her jumping with two turrets at the top and bottom shooting. Those artillery turrets are literally possessed by the spirits of her ancestors that decided to follow her in the form of a huge ass cannon.
As an Arknights player, it was really cool watching this on MuZe dash. Arknights isn't for everyone but I hope you enjoy it the best way tou want to. Real fun watch.
Arknights is a music company for real, we have at least 100+ songs there. We have jazz, pop, rock, historical vibe, etc etc. But my favorite gotta be 1. A Cold Call 2. Undertopia 3. All CC songs

Wis'adel isn't a villain, at least by the point she's called Wis'adel. She was originally W, the boss turned ally from the start of the game. She got the new name in the latest main story chapter and her Alter was released as a new Limited unit. Renegade (from the previous collab) is her character theme as W, Asronist is her new theme as Wis'adel. A note on her personality, she isn't evil, she just absolutely loves to mess with people and that usually involves 'harmless' pranks such as "bombs in the potatoes". She won't cause any lasting harm to people she actually likes, but that doesn't make anyone any less nervous when her pranks usually involve explosives. Here in Vernal Terrene is Shu's character theme. Shu is last year's Chinese New Year unit and one of the Sui siblings. Everything's Alright is a new one for me, because it was never released outside of China. It's apparently for the 2020 national exams. Break Through the Dome is the boss theme from the Ideal City event. Operation Ashring is the lobby theme from Contingency Contract 10: Ashring and Operation Deepness was the lobby theme for Contingency Contract 9: Deepness. CC used to be a seasonal challenge mode, Operation Blade from the previous collab was also from CC. Misty Memory (Day) was a dynamic lobby theme for the So Long, Adele event. It would play a different version of the song during the night. ALL!!! is from the April Fool's event on CN last year, though due to how scheduling works we won't get it until this year's April Fool's event.
Arknights is really just an advertising platform for MSR (Monster Siren Records), you can find basically every soundtrack used in the game and promotional materials there (with a few exceptions). As for recommendations. I'd personally: Control's Wishes Bluish Light Illuminate Immutable Blade Catcher Echoism Requiem Hope you enjoy them.
My favorite Arknights music... I'll go by type. Favorite regular battle theme is Der Hexenkönig, boss theme has to be Stultifera Navis's Golden Age, lobby theme is Merciful Broken Sun, main menu is In Vastness, and lastly for EP (The character themes, like Arsonist) it HAS to be Dormant Craving.
I'll start with saying that misty memory is a loby theme for an event as it has another version (night version), wich you should give a listen to as well since you liked the day one. Also ALL!!! is actualy the OST for an april fool mini-game where you bet between 2 groups of enemies and watch them fight. God too many characters recent bangers lappland (unmasked), virtuosa,Ines, the doctor the guy you play as (WE)... There's also the concert exclusive songs, ambiance synestasia tracks. W, wis'adel (or Walter) bit of an anti hero character with a vandetta against the doctor for killing her hero/Queen and betraying her home. She has explosive magic that let's her charge normal stones into the equivalant of dynamite, and she raided tomb of all her races heroes, and proceeds to overuse most of their weapons until they break then she gets possessed by a angry racist ghost that gets stuck as her permanant weapon artillery/repair system.
My favourite Arknights is definitely Civilight Eterna (otherwise called demon king). Dropped this bangar of a song during the Ambience Synesthesia (a concert) and been loving it since then.

Also 11:41 😂 You might be surprising how many different genre for the bgm/soundtrack that they go if you didn't know much with the game yet, just like me when I was still a newbie. This was one of the biggest reason I really give an big appreciation for them because their dedication to serve the player many banger. The player are even usually calling the dev (Hypergryph), as an music company because the amount of ost/soundtrack that they create are so much that to the point almost or probably every character on the game have their own theme, even some like mini event or minigames. Honestly good thinking for HyperGryph(Arknights developer company) to not release all fan favorite musics on one collab. They are slowly releasing it, hoping for future collab to happen to release the others while keeping their fans excited and they can get away with it because all of their music is a banger that player will love. They have such a huge song library that every player will find a genre they like more than others. You don't like pop, they have rock. Don't like rock, then have an orchestra. Don't like orchestra, then have a ballad.

W is sort of a villain, sometimes a reluctant anti-hero, and depending on your perspective at any given moment either barely hanging on to her sanity or the most sane person in an insane world. She's done a lot of bad things, but she's a Sarkaz mercenary and pretty much all of them have done a lot of bad things even if its just to survive.
The sheer amount of songs in AK... I don't know where to start. I'd recommend character leitmotifs and listening to the remaining Contingency Contract themes (you can easily find compilations of them.) All the CC stuff is amazing, excluding Operation Fake Waves.

Here in Vernal Terrene is an EP for Shu (a 6-star limited unit only available in Chinese New Year events)
Everything's Alright is a commissioned song that was released at the exact time the Chinese Entrance Exam is finished
Operation Ashring is the lobby theme to the CC Event after Deepness where you fight a large cannon
Misty Memories is the lobby theme to a summer event that has a night version which remixes the song that plays at night(depending on server time)
Arsonist is Wis'adel's EP theme and is not available in-game
Operation Deepness is the lobby theme before Ashring where you fight Sea monsters which is why it is aquatic sounding
ALL is an April Fools event lobby theme and it is based on how the Lead Designer would use his 'God Hand' to grant the players ALL of the rewards from dev streams, usually by blatantly rigging the games of chance.
Fun fact, most of these are all Lobby Theme from the events in the game, only exceptions are Arsonist and Shu’s theme as character promotional, and Break the Dome a boss theme
I recommend giving Battleplan Pyrolysis a listen
funfact: at 7:34 where you have to press both top and bottom lanes, you se her jumping with two turrets at the top and bottom shooting. Those artillery turrets are literally possessed by the spirits of her ancestors that decided to follow her in the form of a huge ass cannon.
As an Arknights player, it was really cool watching this on MuZe dash. Arknights isn't for everyone but I hope you enjoy it the best way tou want to. Real fun watch.

Wis'adel isn't a villain, at least by the point she's called Wis'adel. She was originally W, the boss turned ally from the start of the game. She got the new name in the latest main story chapter and her Alter was released as a new Limited unit. Renegade (from the previous collab) is her character theme as W, Asronist is her new theme as Wis'adel. A note on her personality, she isn't evil, she just absolutely loves to mess with people and that usually involves 'harmless' pranks such as "bombs in the potatoes". She won't cause any lasting harm to people she actually likes, but that doesn't make anyone any less nervous when her pranks usually involve explosives.
Here in Vernal Terrene is Shu's character theme. Shu is last year's Chinese New Year unit and one of the Sui siblings.
Everything's Alright is a new one for me, because it was never released outside of China. It's apparently for the 2020 national exams.

ALL!!! is from the April Fool's event on CN last year, though due to how scheduling works we won't get it until this year's April Fool's event.

Arknights is really just an advertising platform for MSR (Monster Siren Records), you can find basically every soundtrack used in the game and promotional materials there (with a few exceptions).

My favorite Arknights music... I'll go by type. Favorite regular battle theme is Der Hexenkönig, boss theme has to be Stultifera Navis's Golden Age, lobby theme is Merciful Broken Sun, main menu is In Vastness, and lastly for EP (The character themes, like Arsonist) it HAS to be Dormant Craving.
Storyteller, Blade Catcher, Settle into Ash and Mystical Light Quest are very good personally, you should give them a listen

I'll start with saying that misty memory is a loby theme for an event as it has another version (night version), wich you should give a listen to as well since you liked the day one. Also ALL!!! is actualy the OST for an april fool mini-game where you bet between 2 groups of enemies and watch them fight.

W, wis'adel (or Walter) bit of an anti hero character with a vandetta against the doctor for killing her hero/Queen and betraying her home. She has explosive magic that let's her charge normal stones into the equivalant of dynamite, and she raided tomb of all her races heroes, and proceeds to overuse most of their weapons until they break then she gets possessed by a angry racist ghost that gets stuck as her permanant weapon artillery/repair system.
Oh good thing she didn't casually nuking everything here.
My favourite Arknights is definitely Civilight Eterna (otherwise called demon king). Dropped this bangar of a song during the Ambience Synesthesia (a concert) and been loving it since then.
most of the songs are lobby themes, there are some PV songs that only show up in character themes that arent really in the game but most of the things ive recognized from the collab are either lobby themes or boss themes

so in the "here in vernal terrene" the 3 little one's on the roof are operator Hung, Aak, Waai Fu, from Lee's Detective Agency. End the boss in the stage is from MuseDash unlesh we get a coleb were MuseDash characters come to Arknights
Some songs i would recommend are Settle Into Ash, Phenomenal Agent, Ensheath, Ambiguous Morality, Mystic Light Quest, Sentenced, Thorns in You, StändChen, Bluish Light.
misty memory has 2 versions, i don't remember exact time but during night it will change to night version and during day the day version which you played

You might be surprising how many different genre for the bgm/soundtrack that they go if you didn't know much with the game yet, just like me when I was still a newbie.
This was one of the biggest reason I really give an big appreciation for them because their dedication to serve the player many banger.
The player are even usually calling the dev (Hypergryph), as an music company because the amount of ost/soundtrack that they create are so much that to the point almost or probably every character on the game have their own theme, even some like mini event or minigames.

Honestly good thinking for HyperGryph(Arknights developer company) to not release all fan favorite musics on one collab. They are slowly releasing it, hoping for future collab to happen to release the others while keeping their fans excited and they can get away with it because all of their music is a banger that player will love. They have such a huge song library that every player will find a genre they like more than others.
