    Great work Prof Diane! Wonder what are your thoughts on clients having psychotherapy for so many years? 15 years are really very long. I thought we should faciliate them to be their own therapist ideally.

    This sounds really similar to the work Steven Hayes et. al are doing with the death star project to synthesize the moderating factors of mental wellness. Thanks for sharing!

      Most of Steven's work that I am familiar with is with A.C.T...I'll have to look in to this.

    It’s too terrifying to contemplate that literally zero evidence exists that anything I have ever done and billed for is actually effective.

      I think that might be an overstatement...in general, most people who go to therapy see progress. But in general most therapists are not using even 5% of the available evidence that exists.
