LOL.. speaking of buying your first house, it's never easy, but when me and my wife brought out first property, we purchased a condominium instead of a single family to start with. Once the condo gained more market value, we sold it and purchase a single family home which we are living now. So, start small, and you will be on your way up there. All you have to do, is to make a determination and set aside a goal, then you will make it. Cheers.
