- Can you recognize abilities by just listening to them? We played 10 different sounds of spells to the players and gave them 3 attempts to guess which champion ability they were listening to.
These were some of their answers.
In case you're wondering: Jenax and Caps' total points are correct, Jenax had 3 points on Zac W and Caps had 3 points on Teemo R!

i only got 3 as well, instantly got the first one but nothing after that
I've probably heard the sounds way too much since I got all of them pretty much instantly, but I can imagine people playing a dedicated role, as well as professionally, don't run into all these sounds nearly as often, so quite impressive yeah.

I got 5/10 for this one (Kaisa Q, Swain W, Aatrox R, Kalista E, Brand E). It was quiet difficult to guess imo, but really fun.
2:50 cannot believe armut did not know what aatrox ult sounded despite being a top main
they play with skin and skins have other sound effects

In my defense I'm not a pro and don't nearly play enough to ever come close to becoming one, but I also got 3 lol. These just all sound the same to me
Maybe he doesn't play without skins. I missed Kai'Sa's Q because I always play her with K/DA ALL OUT skin, so it didn't sound familiar to me.
I love this series, its always fun to test your knowledge and see the pros' reactions and answers!
Bwipo would've gotten 100% on the first time hearing AND give the full name of the ability

To me the hardest was twitch cause that rat over his W screams "Hello!!!"

That was actually the easiest pop quiz for me and I'm really surprised about it.
By far my favorite part of lec is the pop quizzes
23 points for me, missed aatrox ulty and kalista e, and i knew about the zac w but i was unsure wich spell it was(q or w) , played zac a few times. awsome, do more of these, make the videos longer, with more players, and more questions, its is so fun. Maybe post a quiz somewhere, so we can test ourselves, see how we did and share it in betweeen our friends. like the thing you get at the end of the season (season review, how you did vs the pros) would be some free fan service

God damn, the sound quality is so crisp and isolated that i never realized Thresh's R sounded like that despite me having used default skin for a while

I got the Aatrox one at first try since it was the most satisfying ultimate sound to hear along with pyke's ultimate

This is so crazy to see that there are playing this game 24/7, but focusing so mutch on competitive aspect that they nearly don't look at the game itself.
This one was shockingly easy for me, the sounds in league are something I remember the most, voice lines, ability sounds, I only missed thresh ult. Got it on first guess for every other ability.

Comp everytime like: "Oh yeah" and then proceeds to answer wrong xD
I knew like 2/3 of those instantly before half of the sound even played.
Simple tip: if you wanna get better don't play with music, and pay more attention to sound ques. You can hear many skills and get more time for reaction based play.
Being bronze has the convenient side effect that you are more likely to play with people who use basic skins and so you learn to recognize the sounds more. I got all of them except the Zac one (I barely see that champion at all)
Man I normally suck at these (especially since I stopped playing), but managed to get 5/10 on first try
Really like these, hopefully it's not a long wait for the next one!

ah that Thresh ult got me. All I remember from thresh ults are his sinister laugh sounds

Honesntly wondering what kind of speakers you were using for this, I could guess everything pretty easily on headphones
I don't get how these can be so hard. If you played the game long enough you should know exactly what each of these are. 100% all correct.
Actually this quiz was the best for me so farr. I don't usually know stuff in these videos but I got every single one at 3pts

The Brand E one is a bit misleading, cause it only makes that sound if passive has been appllied beforehand, hence the bounces, otherwise the sound would be different.
As an ADC main I'm so proud of guessing the adc song instant
I believe we all have heard that Teemo ult thousand times before in our life
if just Reeker was this good at league MAD would qualify for playoffs
I didn't play this game for over two years and I got every one immediately except the Kaisa and Aatrox one which I didn't get at all.

Pro players played like 100x more times than me but they seem to struggle, when you hear these sounds for so long you can't forget them, well if they play without sound ok, but you need sounds on League
This made me appreciate League Team's sound design.

I got Kai'sa Q with minimal thinking and thought this was gonna be a breeze (and was already laughing at the pros for missing it), but then RKR just cleansweeps the rest and I got less than half of those.
Oops.

Haven't guessed a single one, but I was close with Teemo's shroom (I mean I thought it's Corki's Q, Selfmade's first guess)

Without cheating, I had 14 Points - the ones I got on mastery 7 I instantly recognized. I would be ashamed if I wouldn't have realized, ngl.
