I hope so. Don't know who else to root for in that category unless Lady Gaga is in the category.

@@hecklephalange8640 That is fine too. I can root for both then! Just looking for a performance to root for mainly.

Since Michelle Yeoh won Best Actress with EEAAO and The Academy gave Emma Stone the 2nd Oscar with Poor Things. (Both were pretty weird for AMPAS standard)
I’ll say Amy Adams’ Oscar time with NIGHTBITCH is very likely, and do not cross her out yet ! 😁💯

both were in films that are top two for best picture. both racked double digit nominations

I hope Amy's going to win an Oscar this year. All she needs is passion supporting her performance the same way it happened last year with Emma Stone in 'Poor Things' ❤

Glad to hear this is good. I am looking for a movie/performance to root for and with Adams, this could be it. Either way, I am here for this movie :)

Wonderful review mate, I will admit I was a little sceptical (given the premise) but it’s lovely to see the first reactions out of TIFF to be more on the positive side. ❤ so glad to hear Adams shines in this. Can’t wait for it to come to the London film festival. X

I would love to see Amy do something like “Annie Hall”. She reminds me of Diane Keaton a little bit.

Amy Adam is owed an Oscar and I was mentally prepared for her to get it for Hillbilly Elegy......

There was a short time during the late 90's and early 2000's where marketing (especially trailers) we an art form on it's own. They truly made you interested in the movie. These days they just show as much footage and plot points as they can in the 10 to 15 trailers and tv spots they release, instead of trying to hype you up. The marketing for this one didn't get me excited. It looked generic and boring and a little bit of weirdness, and I had no hype for it. Now I will definitely check it out

I don't know which would be worse: getting a SEVENTH nomination knowing you most likely won't win or not getting a nomination at all.

Thank you rayan cassellman 💙💙💙💙 reviewing the night bitch.
    The film black comedy
That make the film lighter to be strong
And charachter trans to dog new idea
but same if not real even if this case happened in real life becase many peaple try to trans to animal.
emmy adams audiance will love her in film but maybe she take chaire number five in awards seasion and golden globe will go to anglina jole for maria in category of comedy and musical maybe.
In geniral emmy adams always play role in middle performance or chooce middle level role.
That i think from trailer and i think after i watch your review
    Thank you 💙💙💙

This sounds like a childfree person's idea of motherhood rather than an honest look at motherhood
