Hey! Copenhagen is generally not cheap, so even the cheapest hotel will cost more that anywhere else. I recommend checking out Urban House Copenhagen, cause I stayed there and the price was okey. Otherwise open Booking.com and ask for the lowest price, you will get all the offers. Or check the Couchsurfing for free accommodation, and AirBnB for private rooms!
Your English language certificate must prove, that your language level is C1 or C2. Which usually means score A or B. They are very strict with English requirements.

Aarhus, I think it’s the easiest one to find a part time job. Definitely not Copenhagen.
