Yeah, a review of the DJI Neo would be nice. An issue I've had: I've been doing sprint training for a while now. (your videos also being a catalyst to finally start with it, thanks for that) The soles of my feet started to hurt after doing these sprints. Is this an issue others have as well? What is the solution for it? Is it a shoe issue? Or are my feet too weak? Maybe I'm too heavy to do this kind of training (I also weight lift)? It's only the feet, the rest of my body feels great when I done the workout. ps: Tblisi is wild right now. Hope your friends and family are ok at home.
Let me start from your feet issue.. all of the reasons you mentioned can be valid. The biggest pressure caused by gravity, body weight and basic activity level comes on your feet, and meantime your brain manages to "ignore" it so we can literally be able to stand on our feet an walk at the very least. Increasing activity levels promote even higher levels of the pressure which essentially starts to be noticeable. Essentially your feet soles get a lot of muscle trigger spots (same as our entire bodies after resistance training). As I said previously, the reasons behind it can be all the ones you already mentioned but solution is very simple, you need to do few things: 1. Let them rest 2. Release trigger spots via massage ball or regular massage (good idea is to see the professional massage therapist) 3. Make sure that you're not training strength/power/explosion every day of the week, for significantly better results you need enough recovery time in between these sessions. 4. Make sure you don't have abnormalities on you feed (check with a Healthcare provider) 5. Start looking into better shoe options. Good training shoes are important, long distance running shoes are shaped different that sprinting shoes (no spikes). I finally got better sprinting shoes myself just recently. However, even more important is to provide yourself with good daily shoes (the ones you wear all day and use for walking), you toes are suppose to be quite wide spread inside the shoes. I think you can find more information by researching in the right sources 🙌 Hope this comment will be helpful 🙌 P.s. Thank you for your concern.. My family is safe, my friends are actively protesting and my heart is with them 💔🇬🇪 I believe in better future for my country 🙌 Take care

Awesome and love your content, the drone is a nice touch, keep it up. Do you do hill sprints, I have found them so beneficial.

Good. Will you attend midnight run Nha Trang this Saturday 14 Dec?
@@DuongNamKhanh Hi, I don't practice distance running at the moment, all focus on sprinting 🙌
Great ideas but in the start you looked like you were running away from the camera 😂🤣
Who said I wasn't 🙌😁
Your timing in 100m sprint
