Awesome. Playing Brian Eno 'The Ship' to this... Moving slightly to left to let motorbike thru is class at 19:45!!!!! Very good handing of heavy HGV traffic throughout! Train sailing by at 17:43 is a thing of beauty. Btw Did we almost die at 25:08?! #JustSaying! Gratitude!!!
All these stops would drive me nuts. In case you don't know there is a nice invention....it's called roundabout, which keeps the traffic more fluid and is more economic to drive ;-)
I’d like to see FSD perform with supercharger stops included. Will it take the car to the charger and then continue route. I don’t imagine it will back in itself in, but will it maintain and regain the route each time?
_Will it take the car to the charger and then continue route._ Yes. For example if I sit in my FSD Tesla in my driveway in San Diego and give it the voice command "Navigate to New York City", it will plot the course, including all required Superchargers stops; drive to each of them; precondition the battery before each stop for faster charging; and drive on to the next Supercharger site and do the same. _I don’t imagine it will back in itself in_ It *will* back itself into the spot. You disengage FSD when you get to the Supercharger site, then drive along the row of stations. The display will highlight open spots near you. You then touch the one you want, and it will back into the spot, perfectly positioned to charge.
Thanks for the reply. I have 2023 Y with HW3 and currently using the free trial. I’d like to see someone film and post it. They’re alway just neighborhood drive air drive to zero. Show me how close it is to taking a trip by itself.
@@fredgriffith9340 _ Show me how close it is to taking a trip by itself._ Why do you need someone to show you this? Test it for yourself, as I indicated above. Sit in your driveway or parking spot, click or say Navigate, pick a destination a few states away, and watch what it does.
Surprisingly looks great for FSD. However I think the cellphone use was way too much at some points. Considering you were like cross-legged, the time for you to react in a split second looks like it couldn’t ended up in an accident. Just because we have FSD doesn’t mean we can use our phones while driving.
I just watched the video, and have more thoughts. Almost 95% is highway driving, only 17 minutes out of 248 is in city traffic (where FSD matters) So it isn’t as good for FSD as I thought.
@@HonestEVs Exactly and now repeat this under heavy snowfall! It's amazing what It can do no question, but there is now way it will work under all weather conditions with the current built in hardware!

3:37 seeing it pause and not block the intersection is impressive
I just love the "zero interventions required" ❤. I'm using HW3, and I can already feel how amazing the technology is, I can't wait for robotaxi.

Damn that was close on the battery, and what a huge SC in the end.
Game changer for anyone that does a long daily commute.
Nice video ✓
feels like a 31 min vacation for me. Sun, palms, FSD and music. Greetings from Germany 😎😎
I liked the normal speed, no music version the most
lol you want to watch a 4 hour video? Just go on a road trip yourself
@@d.524 lol true
I still need to intervene daily at the "no turn on red" intersection down the street from work
Battery 0% at the end...
Lol😂 but no
With HW 3 I can’t get the same level of FSD that you can and I like watching the demos of latest and greatest.
Mind boggling kool!
man, that pickup at @24:51 looked like it was all over the road. maybe just because the video is sped up?
Must be great. I can barely go 4 minutes most of the time...
cheers

How are paid parking problems solved
camps on the passing lanes a bit too much
Interesting that you drained the battery within 185 miles.
Highway speed is brutal on EVs
Is this level 4?
No but it soon will be
May sound crazy, but not even Level 3!
Technically speaking it's still "Level 2"
It’s actually much better than level 4!
@@phll3609 incorrect Level 4 would mean the automated driving features don't require you to take over. At best I'd say it's Level 3
bro, down to 0
