  • Crystal Rose Jelly By Chef Nun
    Ingredients :
    Coconut Jelly
    Water 200 ml.
    Agar Agar Powder ½ tablespoon
    Sugar 75 grams.
    Coconut Milk 200 ml.
    Salt ¼ teaspoon
    Food Coloring
    Clear Jelly
    Water 600 ml.
    Agar Agar Powder 3 ½ teaspoons
    Sugar 180 grams.
    Directions:
    1. In saucepan add water and agar agar power, set aside for 10 minutes. Bring it to boil then add sugar, mix well and stir for 5 minutes.
    2. Add in coconut milk, salt stir until well combined and bring it to boil then turn off the heat.
    3. Divided into 2-3 bowls, and food coloring, mixed well.
    4. Pour in roses silicone molds.
    5. Leave in the fridge until set.
    6. Remove from the mold, set aside.
    7. In saucepan add water and agar agar power, set aside for 10 minutes. Bring it to boil then add sugar, few drop of any flavor mix well and stir for 5 minutes.
    8. Remove from the heat, Let it sit to cool down.
    9. In bigger rose mold put the rise coconut jelly in the middle then fill with clear jelly.
    10. Let it set, remove from the mold.
