little bit confusion tha ki it branch ko prefer karu ya nahin kyonki mere sir ne it branch ko prefer nahi kiya hai and usko to fill tak nahin kar rahe

this answer completely lies on the field of your interest,more or less all these colleges are same,mbm is a government college so if you ask for my recommendation if you are getting cse,ece,electronics and computer engineering you go for mbm otherwise or go for mech branch (agr interest hai toh) in iiit /nit you will get much much more opportunities and exposure compared to these colleges
or you can go for mait/msit in delhi through ggsipu counselling
