Washin7: Den Bosch Site

Washin7 is one of the largest chains in the southern part of the Netherlands. In August of 2022, they acquired Q Wash in Den Bosch and Rosmalen.
This location opened in 2010, and has a single 50m long Holz conveyor, self serve bays, and indoor vacuums. The wash tunnel has a high volume prewash arch, high pressure side followers, turbo wheel blasters, standard and entrance facing trailing wraps, PE163 and PE118+ side washers, 2 top brushes, a 4 manifold Mega-Power arch, and 2 sets of PE196 wheel brushes for washing, a drying spec entrance facing wrap/standard top brush combo and retractable side to side mitter for polishing, 4 producer drying system, and a drying spec entrance facing wrap/standard top brush combo for textile drying. Note that the second top brush was converted to a standard top brush from a trailing top brush. Washin7 uses Brushcom materials at this location, including MicroAct cloth on the wraps and side washers, Hybrid+ on their top brushes, MicroWash on the mitter, and MicroDry with Rotor top brush material for textile drying.
Washin7 uses Auwa chemicals from Washtec, and their top package includes the lava bath, lava polish, protectant, foam wax, sealer wax, underbody, and double wheel cleaning.
