The eyes and stuff goes with XGs Theme you would have to see more of their songs to see it happen more often it's really always there. They also as a Group theme they identify as aliens but very much like a wolf pack so the videos alternate those two visuals of Aliens and Wolves. The elevated visuals that you're not used to (is fine btw) is to entertain people and to stimulate the mind. The song is really a flex and response to the talk about them so they show a no brain character having his head blown-up as the haters because in the end they will eventually lose their minds trying to get to them (they are too talented and focused on their craft as artists). They evolve with every song they are doing just about any genre as possible by them and it's about their motto " always evolving "
I can relate why you may think it is "too much" sometimes. However, you have to understand their situation of being a Japanese group in Korea singing only in English. They are absolutely minority in the music scence. They face a lot of hate and so. And they are not from big agency (although XGALX is subsidized by AVEX) that would do all those paid views. So all in all, they need to STAND OUT to stand out. They have to be different otherwise you would not have been reacting to their videos like this :)

The eyes and stuff goes with XGs Theme you would have to see more of their songs to see it happen more often it's really always there. They also as a Group theme they identify as aliens but very much like a wolf pack so the videos alternate those two visuals of Aliens and Wolves. The elevated visuals that you're not used to (is fine btw) is to entertain people and to stimulate the mind. The song is really a flex and response to the talk about them so they show a no brain character having his head blown-up as the haters because in the end they will eventually lose their minds trying to get to them (they are too talented and focused on their craft as artists). They evolve with every song they are doing just about any genre as possible by them and it's about their motto " always evolving "
I can relate why you may think it is "too much" sometimes. However, you have to understand their situation of being a Japanese group in Korea singing only in English. They are absolutely minority in the music scence. They face a lot of hate and so. And they are not from big agency (although XGALX is subsidized by AVEX) that would do all those paid views. So all in all, they need to STAND OUT to stand out. They have to be different otherwise you would not have been reacting to their videos like this :)

I hope you watched it all at least before commenting this. I do believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion and like I said in the video, I just did not love certain things about it. I also commented about things I did like as well! Check out some of my other XG reactions before judging and saying these things. I love other XG songs and have spoke very highly of their music. I am allowed to not always love the concept of the video, as a reactor it is my job to be honest. If I think something is very out there then I do, it is how I feel. I have no issue if you disagree! I am allowed to have a opinion without being told "I should stop doing reactions". Instead maybe more people should be able to accept that not everyone has to have the same opinion. As J-pop has been focused on internal market for a long time and Avex wished to changed this situation. Avex put huge budget on XG to create global girls group . Initial training was held in Japan at the beginning for building up their basic skills like dancing, rapping and singing. Afterwards, they choose Korea as a market for promotion. That’s why some people misunderstand that XG is K-pop but they clearly define and manifest themselves as X-pop. They are from Japan but not ordinary J-pop nor K-pop but x-pop which keeps learning from good from other music genre and keep evolving. No categories of countries or boundary for XG!!!

I think they are a very talented group. I thought they rap good, good flows, good flow switches, and a good beat. But I can also say, I wish it had some vocals or it switched the beat up some. Just my opinion, the visuals for xg have always been unique and stand out. I have said that, but I can also say that I think it is too much at moments such as the chorus. But I also thought the football fit was dope and that the wolf outfits looked great. Just because I don't only praise a song, you try to say I am a fool? No I am sorry that is not how that works lol.
