There should be a new rule for every dirt track in the United States. If U are lapped by the 2nd place car, U are black flagged & no longer a part of the feature. Too many cars getting lapped 3&4&5&6 times, they're just in the fucking way & not racing! If U ain't got it, don't unload it period!
Racers is not be gaining any experience, by not be Racing and front runners is not be gaining any experience, be dealing with Lappers, if Lappers are not be being Lapped. Boone Speedway is in Iowa, USA
