that metering is really weird, what if you have a stereo input? you have to look on two meters that far apart?
Check out the Cranborne ADAT 500. Its the same thing but just better through through imo! I'm loving mine
How can it be the same thing when it doesn't have faders? This isn't just a lunchbox like the Cranborne.
This would be perfect if this was intergated with a digital mixer with daw control on multiple platforms Ex. protools and Ableton control. You could then build your own custom hybrid recording desk that could be expandable. just a thought.

It would be awesome if there is two raws of slots, so you can have preamp and eq for every chanel...
I've been doing research for awhile now trying to find a 500 series rack/mixer and it absolutely makes zero sense to me to only have 1 row but I see it done time and time again. Now it's just another defunct product.

no , the whole thing is a dual bus summing mastering mixer (just 8 channels) . think of it as something to replace like a dangerous two bus(analog summing) or mastering section of some big mixers ... you would need to add an analog mixer for more Aux Sends , Busses , ins , outs , ... or add something like a behringer X Air mixer .
it seems they never got it happening. Site shows last update in 2016!

Invested in this thru Kickstarter have not seen a thing yet.They say it has not been made yet. This video must be a fake. They will not refund the money either.
I have been following this product loosely since it was announced and I was excited about the concept. I noticed year after year nothing was happening and I always wondered about the Kickstarter and whether they were keeping people’s money. That’s so shitty to hear that. They clearly don’t plan on creating this product, so they should return everyone’s money. And honestly they are probably required to by law! Wishing you luck with that. It’s a real shame too, because this could have been a really cool product.
