Y’all should do the Scandinavian duvet thing where each side has their own duvet. They do it specifically for temperature control.

I remember as a kid in the 1970s my parents had a duel control heating blanket. My mother was always hot and father cold. As kids we switched the remote controls as a joke. We couldn't stop laughing when they were complaining the controls no longer worked. Dad kept turning it up and mom turned her side off. Big mistake when they found out what we had done.
In the US, we have mattresses that change temperatures for each side separately. It's also controllable. A game changer for the sleeping crisis. Also, I love to see the everyday life stuff. It's more fun watching you shop for "bits and bobs" when I need a few myself. Always love! ❤

Fantastic Joel and Keegan banter in the car! You two crack me up. 😄 My husband and I have the same issue with sleep temperature. I'm always burning up and he's freezing. Currently he sleeps with an extra big, heavy blanket and I'm still wearing my summer PJs and kicking the duvet off every night. Still loving your day-to-day life vlogs, and that salad you made for dinner looked scrumptious!

Keegan’s facial expressions are hilarious
Tires are the thing that are gluing you and your family to the road so you might as well put decent ones on, in an emergency situation cheap tires just don't cut it. As someone who is around a lot of cars, bad quality tires or god forbid used/retreaded tires 100% get noticed, especially if you're selling the car.
The hot cold car conversation was hilarious. I wish you would……quote of the day 😂

LOL , you two sound like my hubby and I! My hubby stays cold and I stay hot. He is my cuddling freezer and I am his hot cuddling oven during winter time for over 31 years! 😂
I love the pendant globe lamps in your kitchen. They look like molten lava.
We have seperate duvets on our king sized bed, hubby is always cold, I'm always hot and we found this worked for us!
We loose most of our body heat through the tops of our heads, wrists and ankles. So best way to stay cool and keep the same shared duvet is to have a cold pillow ( will warm up after a while so not the best solution ) or have a cold fan blowing at you ! Love your vlogs. 😁

The kitchen looks fabulous, a bit brighter I thought before you said anything. You both dealt with so much stuff this day. I hope you were both able to rest much better than the night before with the temp issues. You deserve that rest.
I struggle to regulate temp and especially while sharing a bed. I wonder if it would work to have a sheet, a light blanket, and then the duvet, and when you get hot and he gets cold, you can flip the duvet over to double on his side. And you'll be perfect. In the morning flip the duvet back over both sides, and you're good to go.
I also love your everyday videos. Seeing how things are in a different country, like the sizes of your milk containers, cookie offerings at the store. Your cookie/biscuit offerings look delicious. I'd watch a video of you just going through all the typical biscuits and what they look and taste like.

LOL! Had the same problem with my late BF. Separate beds - problem solved...LOL!😊 and its so great to hear you talk about the kids cause it really shows how much you care for them too.❤
Joel and Keegan they do make temperature-controlled mattresses where you can heat or cool the different sides. Think about getting one of them. Problem solved.

You two need a thin heating blaket. They come spilt if you get a large enough one and one of you can heat up
and the other can just leave it off. It works for me and my hubby. Keeps us both happy.

Loving Vlogvember! One option you can consider in the future is getting what’s called a “split king” bed, which is basically two extra long twin beds next to each other, and it’s the same size as a king bed. And that way, you each have your own choice of sheets, duvets, etc, it’s a game changer! You may show us later, but I’m curious if the NYC date night worked out, there’s so many good restaurants in NY. 😍 And tell Keegan he was a good cheerleader for your channel there at the end! 😂❤

You two are funny with your banter. I still have no internet either...21st century problems :-( It affects my job now, because I work so much online now (as a teacher). Okay...cookies or biscuits...my wife just bought the most delicious holiday treats. Pepperidge Farms Milano Slices with Peppermint (crushed candy cane pieces on top of the chocolate). I'm in heaven! I said, "you only bought ONE small package?" Time to head back to the store for more!

How I take care of the I’m to hot, he’s cold is I fold our king sized blanket in half on his side of the bed, I use the sheet or coverlet. Most time just the coverlet because it breathes better than the sheet. Summer time I use a cotton blanket and winter he’s got a Korean mink blanket (heavy where I can bearly lift it

Whenever I shared a bed with a partner we would each have our own covers. That way we could still sleep next to each other & both be cozy.
Ok mr Joel I know we’re Keegan’s coming from we’ve tuned the heating on a few weeks ago but Joey my partner is always pulling the duvet off me 😂
Get a split control heated mattress cover. They are so much better than a heated blanket
We have one and I’m always hot and my partner is cold
I kept my 4.5 tog summer duvet on all last winter and will probably again this winter as I also get hot at night and don’t like the weight of a heavy duvet.
Every couple in the world, I swear!! I freeze and my husband is sweating to death. I sleep with my electric heating pad sometimes. It has a timer so it just warms me until I fall asleep and then clicks off. Maybe Keegan needs one!

Joel, there are several brands of mattress toppers that will heat and cool separate sides of the bed. Maybe that might help.

I also had this issue. I froze and the ex was boiling hot. We had to buy a down duvet with a slit heated mattress pad. So that I could stay alive. 😂 But I didn’t mind because I’d role over and just spoon his hot body to keep from going numb. I was lol when Keegan said he almost was in anaphylactic shock lmao. I feel his pain. 😅🥶 I enjoy seeing that we aren’t the only ones out there with this.
You can get a split electric blanket. That might help if you're ok with electric blankets.
Working and eating chocolate is where it’s at.
I get hot at night too I have a fan at night even in winter plus window my husband won't sleep with me anymore after so many years he had enough

If your body temperature is higher than normal, you'll personally feel cold, though you'll feel hotter to someone taking your temperature.
Similarly, if your body temperature is lower than normal, you'll personally feel hot, though you'll feel colder to someone taking your temperature. Clearly Keegan was having a fever.
Anyway both of you should get dual type duvet.

This hit home. My partner of over 20 years is always hot. I am always cold. So no matter what time of the year it is I am wearing sweatpants and a long sleave shirt in the house because he keeps it so cold.
I couldn’t justify paying $400/tire and $500/oil change for my C300 so I downgraded. Mercedes upkeep is just insane.

There’s a new thing now that is separate & blows different temperatures under the covers. Can’t recall what it is but it could help. They also have climate controlled mattresses too.

Just get two single duvets
When I was paired with a HOT partner (I'm cold!) I just added an extra blanket/afghan only on my side of the bed. It went on top of the duvet. That solved everything. 🤗
