The demo songs just make me mad and bitter. I can find no logic in why they abandoned such a unique style of music that only they could do, to conform with society and become a generic rock/pop band to sound just like everything else. They were tired of being unique and unstoppable is the only conclusion I can come to. The demo of "Halo" alone is more awesome than anything they have composed since METEORA. I just don't get it...

This is a segment off of the meteora making of dvd when mike talks about how long it took rob to track drums I'm extremely happy you did this easily one of my favorite instrumentals. This could have easily been the introduction to the record exactly the way its presented right here. I could listen to this on loop for hours its literally perfect! I had recently rewatched that dvd with the wife a few days ago and was ironically debating on extracting the audio and polishing it up in my software just to make it sound a tad prettier but the way you have it here is perfect!

I am like 90% sure this is a very early demo of Easier to Run. Drums are identical, the strings are the same, the piano is a similar melody to the line "Replacing this pain with something numb" the guitars are completely different, but that's very par for the course with LP. The guitars change a lot from Demo to Release with LP. However I shall look into this more
