For the mousse you can swap sugar with Stevia, cashew milk for the regular milk and whipped cream with coconut cream - refrigerate first! For the hazelnut daquoise only thing to sub is sugar and you can use Swerve - the have a powdered version and a granulated version And for the caramel glaze you can use Swerve instead of sugar and coconut cream instead of whipped cream 😂
