Exactly the same thing happened with me few months back, when I had ordered a realme Buds from Flipkart, one of the piece was missing from the pair of those buds, though I complained regarding this to Flipkart, initially it got rejected because it was an open package delivery but delivery boy didn't opened the package infront of me and gave me my order after taking the cash., So, later on I mailed them to Flipkart with proper video and billing accessories, after 7-8 days of investigation Hopefully I recieved my Refund back of INR 1608. 😬
and again hereby such incidence are happening in Amazon, came to know through this video.!

Same happened with me but i didn't not receive anything. Neither any refund nor any product. They just said unfortunately we are unable to do anything.😢😢
Try calling over and over and ask for resolution or post your tweet they will respond
