W/ RTL 2's first ever logo was stopped, because CBS affiliate KGAN (channel 2 in Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Iowa City & Dubuque, IA) was retaining the 1993 logo, all the way up until 2003. The logo for RTL 2 was designed by Neville Brody & DMC. However, I don't know of the typeface of RTL 2's logo. The 1996 logo lasted for 3 years until 1999 when the logo will be stopped to make way for a new design, representing 2 vertical rectangles, making the roman numberal of '"II", but in a circle. With this logo, it'll be the final kind of idents for the channel to be known as "RTL 2". As of 1999, the channel will rebrand to "RTL II" & a brand-new ident will arrive. Thank you.
