Using a Shiboridashi

  • Here we have a 60 ml Tokoname Shiboridashi steeping Kotobuki Gyokuro. This was about 3 grams of tea. Steeping temperature was about 50C/122F for about 3 minutes. The distribution was directly over ice cubes for a very refreshing Gyokuro experience.
