Hey Dave, the music and your singing is just getting better and better, you need to do a full Vangina song for all us tradies...., you crack me up.. most enjoyable Fridgie to watch...
I love the self deprecating humor when you’re showing the plugged up condenser coil 😂 In all honesty, the ole “Super Tech” doesn’t share his knowledge openly like you do, good work, man. That song is funny as hell though. I put my money on the swedge being bad, but I thought it was the braze at 1:09, looked like a pinhole, but didn’t expect the crack on the opposite side. Always look forward to seeing your videos, good job Dave!
Yup, and when you talk to the customer about doing their maintenance for them on a regular basis, they say, "we have a guy...." That "guy" is certainly keeping us busy.
I am probably the only 15 year old who knows all this about HVACR this morning my heat went Down and so I went to the furnace and it was blinking so I took the door of to look at the error codes, it turned out that there was a hole in the pressure switch tube which gave a “low pressure lockout three attempts” so I went to the supply house in town and got a knew one and it was all fixed.
hes using big blu leak detector. im not sure what the screwdriver trick is but whats important is that you silver solder the copper into the steel or brass metal of the king valve on the liquid receiver
On door hinges that are on the eccentric that rase up and down as you close the door. Is there much that you can do once they stop assisting the door shut. The last two days I’ve been working on americool walk-ins, tried spraying food grade grease on the nylon pice. It didn’t help. Is there a spring in the hinge that can break or get week?
I never quite understood why the hell blow-through condensers is a thing, first time I see one other than on an electric cabinet air conditionner tho. Like on evaps cleaning them is so much easier with draw-through
I was just walking around installing some remote monitoring equipment last night and I noticed a huge oil stain with a small oil puddle on the ground. I'm going back today to check it out. I think I already know what I'm going to find.
Can you explain why and how often you should change vacuum pump oil? Thanks love your videos. Thinking about trying to do some you tube videos myself. 1st year TH-camr and HVAC Union apperantice
Technically fresh oil for every evac, reality often prevents that. Change the oil as often as needed. In practice, if you just vacced a dirty old, moisture laden system, then replace oil immediately while the pump is still warm. If you just vacced a small bottle cooler or the lines on a new split system ac install, then you will likely be ok for a few jobs. Always use a vacuum gauge and check the pump performance before connecting to system. My pump will pull about 32micron in a very short time. Your pump should pull below 100micron before use.
As usual great video Dave. Hey dumb question, do you ever have a customer ask if they can do minor things to keep their equipment from having these kind of issues?...
I tried to enjoy the video, but that is hard to do when you can not understand what is being said. With all the music channels out there you can not watch a technical video without being entertained?
Some kids look up to michael jordan, others to bruce lee or some rapper, i look up to this refrigeration god!! Lmfao 😂😂 for real....

I am surprised there was any gas left in that system. What's actually in your bubble bottle, and what's the screwdriver trick?
hes using big blu leak detector. im not sure what the screwdriver trick is but whats important is that you silver solder the copper into the steel or brass metal of the king valve on the liquid receiver
Nice job on the repair love the theme music super tech

CmHVACR thank you.
Have you seen the cap'n hook brazing tip? Pretty pricey but ive had great success(borat) with it since I bought it from america.. So handy for brazing
Well done another great job you inspire me .
I never quite understood why the hell blow-through condensers is a thing, first time I see one other than on an electric cabinet air conditionner tho.
Like on evaps cleaning them is so much easier with draw-through
Nice! On the first job i see the suction seperator thingy hanging in mid air! Is that what they call a floating suction pressure?😂😂
that was strange seeing a suction accumulator hanging mid air. sure keeps the compressor from getting liquid flood back though.
Too much heat at condenser 345 high pressure. 20 degrees in the box what could it be?
Dave how do you hold a vacuum without a gauge manifold
I miss those Home Depot orange brushes. Home Depot is selling a different kind now with softer bristles.
i didn’t see the nitro…… busted. how did u get the gas in the unit?
Good stuff like always Dave
compressor KSJP-15X-EWK ,,,OIL PO32...240V 60 HZ COPELAND ,, EMERSON>>>FOR SMALL COLD STORAGE

woodmasterguy they usually call when it breaks.
Good job bro...I would also change out that rotolock valve...all rusted up and will be leaking next
kingofthecrease30 it’s not moving it’s so rusted I don’t want to touch it.
or the suction accumulator or or or or or....... lots of visible rusty nightmare spots lurking on that system.
@@throttlebottle5906 right on the money!
Evaporators refrigerators supply capacity ?????
I was about to send search and rescue, thinking you was stuck in a loop saying "DUOYI" banging your head against the wall :))
