    Hey this a nice case if you are a new builder, it gives you lots of leeway and multiple options to get things done without having to rewire everything... it is relatively spacious and easy to build in..... i did not even know about being able to move that HDD tray, the SSD mounts or the other bits until watching this video.... i will be opening it up again then this weekend to install a few more things lol. Great indepth review!

      4000D 4000X PC case is the affordable alternative version of HYTE Y70. I bought and DIY installed a perfect fitted touch screen monitor from Amazon to display the CPU GPU temperature datas, The effect exceeded my expectations. With this fancy monitor, I believe i will use for years.😂

    Hi, can you tell me please, is it possible to install 3( 120) fans on the top ?
    And does it truth that on the same model with rgb I can install 2 fans 120 on the bottom?

    Great video. Wanted a black exterior with white interior, so I got the white edition and going to wrap the outside in Purple to Blue Oil Slick carbon fiber and wrap the PSU shroud and cable bar in white carbon fiber. May do back in white CF. Painted front bezel with purple/blue color shift paint and shot clear with metallic inside the case. It will have 8 fans, all MF120 Halos. Replaced AIO fans with Halos. I cut 2 holes on top of PSU shroud to have Halos blowing into my graphics card.

    Decent case. Do wish it was just 5mm taller. Could fit s 280 aio in with most sized rams. Decent amount of space behind mb tray for cable management. O ly other nit pick is tinted glass on black case is a little too dark

    09:02 because you need to mount a back plate on the motherboard for your cooler first?

    I like the cases, but with the corsair A115 CPU fan cooler it doesn't look like its going to fit even with Corsairs lowest profile ram (35mm). Yet they make a video of them using the 4,5k series cases with it?

    • @BamfNooby
      @BamfNooby 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Note: I did find a video with someone with the a115 cpu cooler and the corsair 5k case. It does fit. I bought the case and cooler and it fits fine with space to give.

    Why doesn't anyone go through the cables on these videos. I have a cable and don't have a clue what to do with it. It looks like a Sata cable but male. Do I have to give it power or does it plug into something I don't have??

    • @HardwareArtisan
      @HardwareArtisan  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi HojoTamba, that's a good point, The cables to the front panel are fairly standard, so it's easy to skip over that, i'll consider that on my next case teardown to go over the front IO panel connections. The cable your describing may be a USB 3.1 Type C connector which this case has. Not all motherboards will have this connection.
      Another possibility is that you have the 4000X version of this case, which has the RGB controller, that would have a SATA power connection, in which case, that simply connects to a SATA power connector on your Power supply cable.
      I would recommend, look at the user manual for this case, you can find it online and identify the cable you're looking at, then check your motherboard manual to ensure the board has the right connector, but it may be it doesn't have this Type C connection.
      If you can identify the cable, let me know what motherboard model you have and I can help identify if it has the right connections for this case. It's ok if it doesn't have this connector, the Type C port simply won't function on the front panel. But there are other ways to get it working.
      Thanks for watching!!!

      @michaelbrooks7214 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I was just thinking. That Lazy Susan is just like the one I picked up at Walmart several years ago. Mine is on my kitchen table but I think I will borrow it in the next few days for my new build. Ought to make it a little easier!

    Will a ryzen 9 5900x fit in with a msi gaming motherboard b550 tomahawk and a 16gb 4060 ti fit as well and this power supply Apevia ATX-PM1000W Premier 1000W
    And 2 ddr5 32bg ram would all of this fit in this pc case ?

    • @HardwareArtisan
      @HardwareArtisan  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi kaisen3101, great questions! The 4000D supports a MAX GPU length of 360mm, that should accomodate most 4060ti cards, just check the specs on your cards to make sure it's not longer than 360mm.
      The case supports up to E-ATX motherboards, I'm sure your b550 tomahawk is probably only ATX, so i'm sure it will work fine.
      The MAX Power supply length is 220mm, the ATX-PM1000W power supply is listed as 160mm so yours will fit perfectly.
      The only other spec to be aware of is the MAX cpu cooler height, this will be an issue if you are doing air cooling, the MAX height is 170mm, so check that if your using an air cooled heatsink, most should fit fine.
      AIO's waterblocks sit low and won't be an issue if your using water cooling.
      Sounds like you are ready to go, good luck and have fun with your build!!! Thanks for watching!!!

    • @HardwareArtisan
      @HardwareArtisan  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi Guardianfan, Yes! Generally speaking an M2 SSD wouldn't interfere with a video card as they mount flush on the motherboard, I can't see any issues caused by an M2 SSD on this case. Thanks for watching!!!

    I made the mistake of buying a 4000x just to have the fans included and not bother with this, at first start more than half of the leds on every fan burned up and I smelled smoke, this was in early march, I contacted support and what did they do? They sent me a corsair commander core which is not compatible with the fans that come with the 4000x (sp) case 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ then I contacted them again and they sent me another set of fans sp elite on which 2 of the 3 fans the same thing happened, different halves of the 2 out of 3 fans the rgb leds burned up instantly 🤦‍♂️ what did my stupid ass do next? I bought a set of LL fans for another 129$ and guess what happened? With their node controller and all? All 3 burned up leds on first start (after replacing the last ones) 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ so 3 pairs of corsair fans died in the same way making buying the x version of the case pointless and me spending more money on bs quality corsair fans. While waiting for a replacement for the LL fans since march I bought 2 sets of 3 Lian Li 120 Infinity Unifans and guess what, they worked perfectly since the first power on. Do not buy the X version of this case or any Corsair fans. It is the second half of may and I am still waiting for a reply from the support team 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️Also I am using a Corsair psu and I’m building pcs to sell since 2017 so it wasn’t user error in any way shape or form..the case is great but the fans and the support are disastrous 🤦‍♂️

    Glass is storng or crash at firts impact?

    • @HardwareArtisan
      @HardwareArtisan  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi jookajook4213, it's tempered glass so its relatively strong, it wont break with minor bumps and impacts. It's not fragile like a single pane of glass, I've never broken a tempered glass panel...yet...haha. It can be broken, it is glass, but just treat it gently and you will be fine! Thanks for watching.
