what’s crazy is i got out of skz years ago but then I heard this last summer bc it came into my rotation and they got me again💀 it’s crazy what most ppl didn’t like won me back then
the intro video they made for this album, they said that they made this album more with an annoying yet interesting sound. majority of the songs in this album in my opinion is dedicated to the haters and that’s why they tried so many different sounds that can be a hit or miss for people. like their track item, they purposely chose to pronounce item as iTEm bc it kinda sounds weird and to some people maybe even annoying. changbin confirmed it and said it himself. recently they have been getting a ton of criticism and hate from different fandoms and they basically wanted to just do a subtle clapback to them (at least in my opinion). for streaming the album there have been a few fandoms (not everyone but a lot of people) who made came together and had their own streaming parties to filter and block out Stays streaming parties so Stays couldn’t get any numbers or streams (it failed) which could prevent skz from getting awards or placing on charts like billboard. this is their biggest album yet selling over 5 Million preorders which is the biggest preorder in kpop history. so the song is a hit or miss for some people and they intentionally did that just to prove to skz antis that they’re not for everyone but they can still come out on top. but i definitely understand how it’s not for everyone. btw this is all my opinion so please don’t take anything to heart or anything! the only part that is true is about the streaming parties and what i said about the intro video, the rest is just my personal take on everything!

I watched this my first then I listened to the whole album the day it came out. S-Class is personally not my favorite of all the sounds but i have a lot of favorites in the other song. This song just threw me off first listen with the changbin and han part 😭
