This film doesn't have a villain but a guy willing to change the world by punishing those who oppressed other and they only way to do it is with the help of wakanda.
so basically, the best kind of a villian, a villian with complexity and emotions, not just a one dimensional villian. a villian that you can somewhat sympathize with. someone who has identified some problems in the world brought on by those who want to steamroll and oppress others.this villian, who may have started out with good intentions, will become extremely draconian in their approach to deal with those problem to the point of hurting, maybe even kill innocent people, and as a result become the very evil they wanted to fight. in other words, he thinks the ends justify the means even at the expense of innocent lives, thus the best kind of villian.

I am excited to see this movie and the buzz is great, but I think they are neglecting something. Chadwick Boseman is very humble, but he is a stone cold star. Great as Jackie Robinson , Thurgood Marshall and James Brown. All three different roles that he soared to stardom in . And Michael B.Jordan is not far behind him. From The Wire and Friday Night Lights to Fruitville Vale Station and then Creed he to is stepping to the top of his craft. These are two stars of the moment and the future. So get up and cheer .
His death on The Wire was heartbreaking and you could tell what an amazing actor his back there already
