It never accrued to me that companies sized their patterns differently. I thought a size 14 was a size 14 no matter who made it. Well that explains why they sometimes don't fit right. Thanks.
Zip lock baggies work well and keep the air out (when storing) and just keep them in a darker area (box/in closet) this is how I store my many many MANY old patterns. Thank you for the help on understanding these patterns instructions better!!
Yes zip locks do work well but I don’t like how slippery they get when all the patterns are knocking together. I have had some avalanches🤪. So glad the vid was helpful.
Thanks for the video, I like you use my patterns, I have a lot of tattered ones as well Most of the size 36 bust ones fit me just don't have the 28inch waist so have to up grade on that. I love my old patterns and I go to a lot of trouble to make sure they are well stored I also store mine in big envelopes. Love the dress you have on. Thank you look forward too you next videos. I love 💗 vintage patterns so much! It is the one thing I have trouble getting rid of. I just want to keep all my baby’s. They are all unique and special.
