Rann utsav starts in month of Nov and continues till Feb every year..nights are cold..you may feel hot during day time.. we went in Feb. i booked in Dec for my Feb trip..
They can customise as well..and include the locations you want to visit.. you can ask them.. I mean you can skip second day location from their 3 nights wala package and go to mandvi..

The plan available on Rannutsav website for 3 nights does not include Mandvi beach. Can you please let us know which package did you select.
