I'm Mts in Income tax department, Ludhiana. It all depends on your senior. My senior just says to locate files, writing emails , or kbhi kbhi file pe IRS ke sign krwane hote hai. I get a lot of time to study in office. But some of colleagues have to work a lot. They have to do the work of inspectors, so they get very less time to study. It also matters from department to department. Incoem tax department is very gentle. Koi dikkat nhi
