This is traditional for Irish and Scottish people these days. They like to get together and mock each other and themselves. seriously, I've seen it done a lot at Irish and Scottish festivals both in Scotland and elsewhere. It's all in good fun-- everybody still knows that Irish and Scottish dancing are complex art forms that require great skill.
I love the set and costumes. Everyone looks like they are having a great time.
It's great. Hilarious, very fun. Very nicely painted and furnished stage as well.
I really love the colours!

Cool out the hoopa loopa lol!!!!
this looks like a scottish jig
Wait...which one was which?
My personal guess is that the one with the arms was Scottish, and the other one that was mostly focused on feet was Irish?
Step dancing vs polka like dancing cool I have ansesters from both cultures
The second dance is called the Irish dance in scotland, it originated as a racist dance by the scottish, a poor parody of actual Irish jigs.
What era are the dress representing? Loved it, as we would say, and fun was had by all
16th century I'm guessing.
