I feel that in every music the singer is passing to us the audience, the public a message of hope, a message of love and happiness. If one of them leaves the group, would they accept a white singer as a replacement? The tribute is to the music not the skin colour. It is ilegal to recruit based on skin colour. Same goes for ABBA tribute bands and alike.
