"Har en drøm" ("Have a Dream") is a popular Norwegian song written by Trygve Hoff and composed by Svein Gundersen. It was originally sung by Norwegian singer Jørn Hoel, for the 1987 movie Drømmeslottet (Dreamcastle). "Har en drøm" became a major hit in Norway and it now belong to the most beloved Norwegian songs of all time.
Sissel, the international singing sensation from Norway, is widely regarded as one of the finest and most talented sopranos in the world. Her crystalclear voice has made Sissel a national institution in Norway. Sissel has sung all over the world, selling over ten million solo albums. She contributed the haunting vocal tracks for the soundtrack to Titanic. She has been doing great duets with singers like Placido Domingo, Charles Aznavour, Bryn Terfel, Jose Carreras, Russell Watson, Neil Sedaka and Josh Groban. A remarkable voice you only hear once in your lifetime.

Trygve Hoff wrote "Nordnorsk julesalme" (Christmas psalm from Arctic Norway) for a Christmas tv show in 1985 but were never released on an album. Hoff died from a heart attack in December 1987 only 49 years old. In 1995 Christmas psalm from Arctic Norway were revitalised. Today Hoff's Christmas psalm may be Norway's most beloved.

I dont know was a smoker, but Ive heard som rumors about some coke and amphatamines. But that was back in the days. Now he's all about koocking. Not meth, bue's a finschmekker in the kitchen

Well, I think he is singing. In his hands is not a smoke. I'd say a microphone. But yes, I understand your concernings. I had to look twice but when I could not see him blow smoke and Sissel held the same microphone, I thought he is holding a microphone too and they are singing a duett. Maybe you did mistake a duett for a cigarette.
