Treatment mode (Shock Therapy) makes the killer slower and slowly turns the survivors near insane, the AoE attack from it will GREATLY increase a survivors madness
Stage 1: Does nothing other than the survivors scream when they enter the 1st stage
Stage 2: A hallucination will pop up in front of the survivors and it will show the killer where the hallucination is
Stage 3: Like the first 1 but they will scream more often and the hallucinations will pop up.
The Punishment mode (One with the spiked bat) Is just like the normal mode, The killer will move at normal speed however he can't increase the survivors madness

When you shock someone and they get away, every few seconds it shows the runners location to the hunter, but it also shows the hunters location to the runners every few seconds. When you shock someone and hock them then another person unhook them the unhooked screams and is injured and the location of the person at the hook is revealed.

There will be pro matches of this where the killer and the last survivor will just stare at each other at the hatch because no one can give the other the insa-win.
