The extendable ruler thing at 11:30 is a staff used in survey work to measure the rise & fall of the area being surveyed, it could probably also be used on building sites for the same thing, no idea why someone would throw it out as they are quite valuable equipment.

great scores on fragrances its good to keep some empty fragrance bottles as some sell for a bit online. I have nearly finished my Dior sauvage bottle which I am going to keep just for show.

If the perfumes are testers they have a much higher concentrate of perfume than what is sold and worth more.
Maybe testers? But terrible they have thrown them away when they can donate x
