Great video Eddy. Right at Granite looked a little dicey but you punched your ticket. I did a similar run of Upset at 30k in a baggage boat once and got drenched as I lumbered through the hole.

Like others have already said, but I'll repeat it ... nice line at Crystal. How were the temps in Jan? Didn't look like much snow pack on the top canyon walls.
I used a GoPro Hero 9. I posted another video of our trip, that one was shot on a GoPro Hero 12. The newer (white) batteries seem to hold a better charge, at least in the winter. Have lots of fun!
my question is how did you keep your gopro charged were hoping to win the lottery permits to kayak it next year did you just keep multiple power banks or

Nicely done
Nicely rowed!
Thank you! Cheers
Cristal run looks fun!
I think that was the only time we were in the sun all day! It was a great level to run left
Would also LOVE to see you camera mount ... it's such a great view.

Nice left run at Crystal!
Thanks!
Well done in your reading the river and your lines through each rapid. Not easy to accomplish such there.
Thank you! Lucky to be able to learn from great mentors

@@knaz7468 Thank you! Temps ranged from mid 20s at night to 40’s and 50’s during the day, though I’m sure it varies from year to year
There’s a reason why they call you Edmundo Dinero. Money every time. Appreciate yall always looking back checking on the smoke boat🫡
@@ConnorE621 much love for smoke boat always
Which GoPro are you using? Prepping for a mid June launch. Super stoked

Curious as to why Your OarRights are mounted downside up ~
I prefer not to use the oar rights, I like to be able to feather the oars. Just the way I learned. Definitely pluses and minuses to not using them

We used multiple power banks. The newer GoPro batteries (white) work a lot better in the cold
@eddymartin1983 ah nice what size did you you if you don't mind I was looking at ones with 23000 mha
@@AlexanderHenryShenanigans I brought two 40,000 mAh chargers. Used them to charge the GoPro batteries probably 5 times and charge my phone twice
@@eddymartin1983 alright thanks
@@AlexanderHenryShenanigansAbsolutely. Have an awesome trip!
Great video. I'll be going in November. What app/software did you use to edit your video?
Thanks! I used adobe premiere pro to edit this video. Have a great trip
