      @kristopherm3 I remember picking The World Is Not Enough for N64 at a Kaybee Toys back in fall of 2000! Love it just as much as I loved Goldeneye, the FN P90 was a favorite of mine in both single player and multiple player. Really enjoyed seeing Bond use it in The World Is Not Enough, assist Renard's henchman.

    It wouldn’t be an AK-74 pistol if it’s 7.62x39. The AK-74 was 5.45x39.

    Great video, i love your willingness to go out and do something that maybe a little intimidating to get a video for us. i would guess youre not an avid range visitor (i dont know your experience with guns im just taking a guess by your self admitting youre not an expert) but i appreciate your respect for the safety aspect of it. really well done as always!

    Great Vlog (1&2) ! Some other Bond firearms were Walther WA-2000 and the Styer-Aug.

      @dustoff59 I love the Walther WA 2000! It is one of my favorite guns in the Goldeneye remake for the Nintendo Wii. I almost never miss when I use it in the game.

    • @AAVSOtube
      @AAVSOtube 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was thinking of the WA-2000 however there was only 176 made for the 6 years of production. :( Also the AR-7 (Henery Survival Rifle) which you can find easily in .22LR for under 300 USD. it was used in From Russia With Love when he shoots it with the IR Red Lens scope. I'd love to find a 1960's era one with the "wood looking" stock. Styer Aug would have been cool too see. David good job with the AUTOS , the more you shoot the more comfortable you will be! Think there should be a part 3!

    • @kiasax2
      @kiasax2 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good luck finding a Walther WA-2000. I think there were a little over 150 made and they're all likely in the hands of collectors at the moment.

    Nice video, David and Ray. Well done to both of you. I really enjoy shooting and as a Bond fan I loathe to report that I had and sold a Walther PPK/S some years ago to buy a handgun that I could use when I was a private investigator/personal protection specialist. I needed a larger caliber handgun than .380 at the time and wasn't paid enough to be able to keep the Walther and buy the new gun too. Luckily, there's an alternative firearm that looks so much like a Walther PPK/S that most people would have a hard time discerning the difference. What is this alternative? The Bersa Thunder. For any Bond fan that enjoys shooting the name Bersa is probably not new to you. For those Bond fans that are just getting into shooting and would like to buy a Walther PPK or PPK/S, but can't find it in their budget to get a Walther, never fear, the Bersa Thunder is the perfect handgun for you to choose.
    The Bersa Thunder is the gun that will not give them "slide bite" and all of the other pains that a Walther will give them. The Bersa Thunder Combat is a fine weapon that will hold 8 rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber. That's one more round than the Walther and the Bersa has never failed to eject, or fire for me, both of which happened to me when shooting my old Walther. So Bond fans, there's a quick assessment of a Bersa Thunder that will easily take the place of a Walther, both in your hearts and Vega holsters. Some people will say and rightfully, that the Walther PPK has been around a long time and is a much better machined product than a Bersa. That's true. However, just because something has been around a long time doesn't make it better than something else, especially when the something else is a better performing weapon at about 1/3 the price. Don't take my word for it, try out a Bersa Thunder and a Walther PPK before buying either and, if you can be objective, I think you'll find that the Bersa is a superior handgun. It's a better gun and not just for the price, but it's a better gun overall. Just my .02 to consider.
    One more time, excellent video David and Ray. I enjoyed seeing so many of the Bond firearms all together and being shot together. It was a lot of fun. I look forward to finally seeing all of the videos you've put together, David!
    ShoulderShot made an excellent observation (2 years ago!) about Belgians and their firearm manufacturer, FN, Fabrique Nationale. I have an FN long distance rifle that will always do the job and it is the younger cousin of the first high powered rifle I ever shot. I own a lot of rifles, but the FN is not one I would part with for any reason.

      It's a Glock 17 sitting in a FAB Defense KPOS Carbine Conversion kit. Pretty cool use of a Glock, a handgun that I don't have a lot of use for as they're one of the most soul-less firearms on the planet, in my opinion. Just my 2 cents worth, Alejandro Mejica.

    The question is, what will a future Bond James Bond, carry as a concealed personal weapon.
    Either a semi-automatic pistol, or a double action revolver, or carry both one as a backup?
    Also what caliber of semi-automatic pistol, or what caliber of double action revolver, would a future Bond James Boon 007 MI6 (SIS) Operative use too?
    Could one of the SIG Sauer Pistols, be James Bond next gun?
    or will James Bond, always use a Walther of some kind?
    Or will a Glock pistol, or a Smith & Wesson pistol, or a Beretta pistol, or a FN Herstal pistol, or a Colt pistol, or a CZ pistol, or a Dan Wesson pistol, or a Heckler & Koch pistol, or a Kimber pistol, or a Para-Ordnance, pistol or a Remington Arms pistol, or a Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc pistol?
    Or a pistol or a revolver from some other gun manufacture, will become the next James Bond Gun?
    Or will the next James Bond pistol or revolver, be an upgraded improved customised firearm, from one of the leading specialist armoury remanufacturers of hand guns, as in the guns use in the John Wick movies?
    Or could the FN Five-seveN USG pistol with twenty FN 5.7×28mm rounds, be a James Bond gun too?
    We had enough, over the international news media talking about, who or which male actor or female actress, could or should play the next Bond James Bond, or Ms Jamie Bond too
    We want to know what gun they will carry and fire, more importantly?

    Be nice if they got into one's from the novels like the Smith & Wesson ASP (Hard to find, but they could substitute a S&W 469, essentially the Smith and Wesson answer to the Custom ASP), the H&K VP-70 with the shoulder stock that converts it to either full-auto or 3 round burst (can't remember which, or the Ruger Super Blackhawk single action he carried in one of his cars...

    One gun you never shot was the twin barreled .45 from Skyfall. I know it was only in the kidnapping scene at the clinic. Hinx shot the hell out of the plane Bond was in. Realistically it's not that accurate as if the kick of a .45 isn't enough you have to deal with twice that at the same time. And as for the PPK/S, I thought Timothy Dalton used one in The Living Daylights. Guess I need to watch it again to look. What a shame.....

      @@TheBondExperience , now that's a funny answer, David. I don't recall you ever saying you were a firearms expert. Heck, Ian Fleming had to be admonished to replace Bond's .25 caliber Beretta with a Walther PPK in 7.62 mm, if I recall correctly. Even then, Mr. Boothroyd selected the 7.62 as opposed to the .380, and he was a firearms expert! I grew up shooting guns and got my first gun, a BB mind you, when I was 8 years old. I got my first rifle at age 10 and still I would not call myself a firearms expert. I think you acquitted yourself quite well, David. There's always a critic sitting in the back row of the theater. I figure you're making these videos for all of us Bond fans and for that we need to be truly grateful and I for one, am grateful. So, thank you, David, thank you very much.
