Technically the right 1v1 is in ARAM, but if it's in Summoner's Rift, they can't leave the lane, doesn't matter the situation, and first death, next round. If it's till 3 deaths or until first tower, no B. As far as I know, that's the rules. ☝️🤓
Well yeah most 1v1s are on ARAM but I am not gonna complain since in summoners rift I was able to apply wave management techniques that wouldn't work on aram
