Amateur, you forgot to connect the internal bungee cords that suck in the walls and loose flappy bits , you’ve made this look much harder to collapse than it actually or really is
No… those never came with the tent, ARB was notified but they never sent them in so I just fold it in and push in as I close the tent. You could have asked m me before assuming I was an amateur… It’s really not that hard to do… and if that’s what you are worried about while camping you’ll have bigger problems.
I just got an ARB Simpson 111 RTT, great product. Have had great difficulty getting the heavy duty cover on, it is so tight can hardly get it around all four corners, seems like it is 2 inches too small. Granted it is cool weather in western NC,can I expect it to be easier with warmer weather. Have not seen any You Tube videos addressing this issue. Thanks
Are you talking about the grey vinyl cover to cover it? If so, make sure it’s folded in correctly. At time the arms at the peek of the top of the tent move upwards when you fold it down. Also if it’s packed inside make sure nothing is obstructing the arms from folding down. I pack everything inside the tent smack in the middle. I keep a woobie, a memory foam camping pillow, a sleeping bag and the annex all in it and it’s closes fine. Hope that helps.
@@ChasingFloridaa Thanks, I am talking about the grey vinyl cover. I get it around 3 corners but can’t hardly get it to slip over the fourth one. Tried to make sure the bars were folding up right. Will keep trying. Appreciate the reply.
