I’m trying to get back on this weight loss journey. I lost 30lbs but I let myself go because I couldn’t control my emotions. When I get overwhelmed/depressed I tend to stop focusing on self and over eat. That’s done with. I’m focused on me, healing. Please come on this journey with me.
