- Nothing against a circle or a square, but a cube is bad ass. But how do you make pizza into a cube? Well we tried three different ways and you can too, because it's something everyone should maybe do.

JP's Fried Mac Method
2250 Calories
• 1 Container Elbow Mac and Cheese(Prepared Hormel)
• Eggs
• Splash Milk
• All Purpose Flour
• Italian Bread Crumbs
• Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• Shredded Mozzarella
• Marinara
• Pepperoni
Julia's Mug Method
800 Calories
• ⅔ cup Pasta
• 1½ cup Water, cold
• 8 Tbsp Milk
• ½ tsp cornstarch (aka cornflour)
• 6 Tbsp Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
• 2 oz Velveeta Cheese
• salt and pepper
• 2 Tbsp marinara sauce
• 1 generous Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
• 8 Mini Pepperonis

Vegan Ball Z There are people who do it simply for the health benefits. Not everyone is all "vegan activism" because that's not everyone's job. People are going to eat what they want and yelling at them about how wrong it is isn't going to do anything especially when people take such a harsh approach to it. Nobody's saying treat them like princesses, but you don't have to treat them like you're somehow on a higher level than them.

Healthy living? Please nothing can be worse than eating just vegetables. Meat has lots of protein and vitamins.
It's not just vegetables, dude. "What about protein" - google "vegan body builder". I'll just leave it at that. There is actually only one vitamin you can't get from anywhere else than animal products, and that's B12, because it occurs naturally as the result of metabolism (of the animal organism), but it's something you can take as a supplement nowadays. Nobody's arguing that veganism is a natural diet - it's not, humans are omnivores. But in developed countries, we have an option to take some B12 pills and not contribute to systemized animal abuse and an environmental crisis. Of course the diet has risks, most commonly vitamin B12, D or iron deficiencies, but honestly - all of those things can also be the case for a meat eater who just doesn't watch what they eat. Vegans have the lowest risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Statistically, vegans and vegetarians also live longer, but to be fair, I think it's more about heightened awareness of what you eat (since you read every label) and the lower risk of the various aforementioned conditions.
