Panasonic 60" industrial ceiling fan

Located in a musalla.
a Panasonic 140cm industrial ceiling fan, model : F-EY153. I'm writing this quickly so this might end as a short description.
One of its blades is inverted, resulting to a dangerous wobble at the lowest speed. I believe it also increased the RPM too, as it runs faster than most newer 153s out here. There were only two of these in there, it's not a big place. Air conditioners are present in the musalla, so I think they aren't used that often these days.
