Ah, yes. You are right. Mortuss still does most vocals, but some songs, which includes the one I was talking about have guest vocalists. Here's a note from their website: There are also celeber vocal guest apperances by no other than Joakim Göthberg (who played drums on the first two Marduk albums as well as sang on the second and the third album) in a hymn entitled Cold Mouth Prayer.
i think the quality sounds much better than the original track on the cd, cause it has more bass in here though it's a live performance. good recording!
I used to think Legion was better, but now I like them equally as much. Mortuus was really good in Funeral Mist, he sounded sick...he is still good in Marduk, but the new track off the upcoming album sounds a lot more like he is trying to go back to FM type vocals (they're essentially the same)
The very idea of evil is a Christian/Catholic concept. If you haven't read "Lords of Chaos", I'd recommend that book b/c there are interviews in there that touch on that very subject and explain it copiously.
this song and the rest of "Those Of The Unlight" ruined my high school band after we heard it.. we kept ripping off the riffs without realising it. This one was definitely the best though, nothing will ever beat that bass line at 1:50 for me
Are you kidding? The idea of Evil is not just a Christian/Catholic concept. The concept of evil has existed way before Christianity. The basic construction of Christianity was based of Zoroastrianism, From there you had Ahriman (Satan). And the Islamic Shaitan or Iblis. And even Set. Christians call the adversary evil, because it opposes their ideas. Evil really is about perspective
I wouldnt care less if you'd think it sucks xD I'm rather amused how you guys took this bait and started discussing with an arsehole xD I listen to Drum 'n Bass and Rock FLAME ON
