@@ksay47 Not on cable or network tv at least lol. His natural sense of humor is on the darker side though when he's not restricted. Kinda surprised he never did standup.
The writers strike he is referring to here is in 2008. While all other talk shows went off the air or just showed reruns, Conan continued doing shows because of his amazing ability to improvise. It’s one of the most fun and hilarious series of episodes he did and it was all unscripted. Far funnier than anything his writers came up with before!😂. Jordan Schlansky, the enigma, was discovered during the writers strike, although he had been on screen a few times before. He has been with the show since 1994.
@@rmk2336Ya. I never get it when people say Conan hasn’t aged and looks the same now. Unless you are expecting him to turn into a completely different human being maybe through plastic surgery or something, there is a very noticeable difference in his appearance.
I love Conan...dude is just hilarious and a great guy. He paid his staff while the show was having some issues due to a strike I believe. He literally paid millions to them just because he cared about them.
There’s a great bit in which Conan is sitting on a couch with Jordan, getting to know him. I think it’s one of the first with them together, and it’s great.
It was uploaded 4 years ago but this remote is older, it was actually done in 2008. There's another video where Jordan uses a bull whip, it was during lockdown and that video is called "Conan Checks In With Jordan Schlansky At Home". I hope you'll react to that one someday, it's hilarious :D
Remember Conan had a few shows. If he was in NYC and it was called Late Night, then that was his first show from 1994 to like 2009. Then he had The Tonight Show for less than a year out in LA. That went belly up bc of Leno, then he got his TBS show called Conan. That is the one y’all usually watch.
Jordan is not acting or playing a character. That's literally Jordan. I've been watching Conan since day 2 of his show. Conan has said many times on and off air that Jordan isn't putting on a show at all. He's legitimately like that
You should watch the 1st appearance of Jordan during the writers strike which they reference, just to see the origin story. I think the writers strike was important, it made Conan realize how interacting with regular people was often better comedy than doing the usual celebrity interviews.
By now people should know that when you look up when something came out its gonna say when it was published on youtube children think music started in 2008
While I agree the Jordan thing is a bit of an act and Jordan plays along, I saw a Conan podcast episode with Jordan and he really was legitimately odd. 😂
Always a good watch with Conan. A great rabbit hole to go down is Clueless Gamer. Get it right off Team Coco if you can. The adventure one with Bill Hader and the Tomb Raider one are so funny. 👍✌️🏢🚹🚹🚹
This is 15-16 years ago. The writers strike he was referring to was in 2007-08
Yeah I've never seen this before, but I was gonna say it's at least 15 years old based on how they look and some of the context clues.
also, conan wouldn't go for a casual "rape" joke nowadays

@@ksay47Why?
@@willvr4But he did do stand up. He did an entire tour when he was banned from appearing on tv.

Conan was also writter, and he payed all his stuff 2008,including writters.
This is about 15 years old. Surprised they couldn't tell by how young Jordan looks here.
How about Conan, you don't think he looks younger here too?

If you havent already, check out Conan's "Clueless Gamer" videos.
Conan has the best sense of humor.

Conan did remotes in 90's,it wasn't something new to him,Jordan was new tho.
That Daz doll's hairline!!🤣😂🔥

Drunk Conan is the best
Una buena dupla
Excelente trabajo 👏
I believe part of the reason Conan was put on this Earth is to annoy Jordan.
By now people should know that when you look up when something came out its gonna say when it was published on youtube children think music started in 2008

You three would be the worst detectives lmaoo. Can't you see how young both Jordan and Conan look in this video?

Love the bobble head thing. But why are the three of you looking down like something naughty is happening?

He was a real producer on the show.

Oh damn, I'm First
Jordan is secretly a comedic genius acting as a pretentious douche. Kind of like Karl Pilkington is a comedic genius pretending to be a knob.

Y’all gotta react to Kam Patterson a new comedian that is killing the game rn
He’s not even very funny
Just look at Jordan's hair. He has been mostly bald for ten or more years. Conan has changed too much over the years.
