I’ve manifested losing and keeping off 113 pounds and still counting. I’ve also gotten rid of my crater acne scars. I always think about my body and especially my legs and how they’ve been so good to me my whole life carrying all that excess weight. My heart kept beating even with all that pressure. I’m so proud and thankful for my body for how it has treated me even when I wasn’t so good to it. I now choose to treat it the way it deserves to be treated since it is one of my many manifestations. I am falling more and more in love with myself every day!

Garima Arora I just pretty much stopped eating junk/processed food and started going to the gym almost every day. But I think what really did it for me this time is I stopped saying that it was easy for me to lose weight but just as easy for me to gain it back. That’s how I always felt and so it happened that way. I also set smaller goals. I know what my ultimate goal is but I’ve set small ones along the way like what Roxy says in this video.

It’s been a week and my lower body do look thicker AND MY NOSE CHANGED HAAHAHAAA
Within the last 7 months I’ve lost 50lbs and it was EASY. Easy to stick with my intermittent fasting, easy to make super healthy food choices. My cravings for garbage food went away. And I look younger. All of what I created in my vision. Usually at my age, drastic weight loss usually takes away facial fullness and wrinkles appear, nothing. Some went away completely. I find that I even still lose weight when the holidays come and I overindulge for a month. It’s incredible. I feel like even my muscle tone and shape has changed.

Before I knew anything about Law of Attraction my whole life I always said to myself I look so much younger than my age. Here I am today at 54 and people seriously are floored when they find out my age. They would put me in my mid 20's. And people asked me what college am I going to. This is not a joke.
