Meaning:
The avenger. The one who avenges the wrong doers. The one who takes retribution.
Effects:
No one can harm Allah (swt) the creatures hurt each other and cause loss and damage to each other. This quality of Allah (swt) has been inculcated in the creatures to a limited extent by the Lord. Allah (swt) has permitted us to avenge fairly but its better to leave the matter to Allah (swt)
Treatment:
Those who are helpless and are unable to avenge the wrongdoers should recite ‘Ya-Muntaqimu’ 1009 times after every prayer till three Fridays, insha Allah soon Allah (swt) will avenge the enemy.

Brothers and Sisters, We are ummati Muhammad (saw). Can we follow the prophet Muhammad (saw) and we all make dua, not just for ourselves, or our families, but for ummati of Muhammad (saw).
I have personally experienced such blessings by just including all Muslims in my duas. This way I have found to be very beneficial for Duas to be accepted insh Ameen. We have to want for one another what we would like for ourselves. So if the toe hurts, the whole body hurts.
