For me growing up in the 90s, the closest thing to Kamen Rider and Sentai was: Power Rangers, Super Human Samurai Syber Squad, Masked Rider, Ultraman (along with other Toku stuff like Godzilla, Beetleborgs, and VR Troopers) and the Guyver american adaptation movies. Still love Guyver: Dark Hero who had David Hayter (yes, Solid Snake) as Guyver. His mere existence destroys universes Gav (the sweet one) is a colourful show on the outside but its telling a darker story Alot of riders are broken power wise, from reality benders, time powers, full on gods and Zi-o who can literally do anything to anyone or anything, he also has every riders powers ( best way to describe it even if he faces an opponent is somehow stronger than him, he can decide that they are not stronger than him or he could literally come to our world stop the creation of a character or franchise before if exists)
